- We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead core HR operations for a manufacturing organization with multiple locations in Sunnyvale, California. This role will serve as a key partner in strengthening employee relations, guiding policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate brings a strategic and hands-on approach to compensation, benefits, and workforce programs while supporting a positive and consistent employee experience across sites.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead day-to-day human resources support for a multi-site manufacturing environment, ensuring consistent practices across locations.<br>• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.<br>• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace issues, and corrective action.<br>• Oversee compensation benchmarking and pay analysis to support competitive and equitable compensation practices.<br>• Manage benefits and leave programs, including administration, employee support, and vendor coordination.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and internal HR standards.<br>• Administer workers’ compensation cases and coordinate follow-up processes to support timely resolution and employee care.<br>• Partner with leadership on onboarding, performance review processes, and broader HR strategy initiatives.<br>• Maintain accurate HR records and support effective use of HR information systems for reporting and administration.
