- <p>Robert Half is recruiting for a fractional Business Transformation Consultant for our established client that specializes in the public sector. The Consultant will be a hands-on Business Transformation leader/ Project Mangager to help drive scalability, operational efficiency, and margin improvement initiatives. Following an enterprise-wide assessment, this individual will partner with executive leadership to prioritize and execute process, technology, automation, and cost optimization projects.</p><p>This role requires someone with the executive presence to work with senior leaders and the willingness to roll up their sleeves and drive execution.</p><p>In this role you will have to travel once in a while to Fresno, CA and being able to be hybrid schedule in Brea, CA with flexible hours ranging from 20-40hrs/ week of work.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Lead strategic transformation and scalability initiatives.</p><p>Drive process improvement, automation, and cost optimization projects.</p><p>Develop project plans, business cases, KPIs, and executive reporting.</p><p>Partner with department leaders to drive accountability and results.</p><p>Facilitate change management and stakeholder alignment.</p><p>Perform financial analysis, ROI modeling, and operational assessments.</p><p>Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>8+ years of business transformation, consulting, strategy, or project management experience.</p><p>Prior Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience required.</p><p>Services or technology industry experience required.</p><p>Strong project management, financial modeling, and analytical skills.</p><p>High EQ with the ability to influence senior leaders and challenging stakeholders.</p><p>Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.</p><p>MBA preferred (Top 25 program preferred).</p><p>Ideal Candidate</p><p>Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.</p><p>Strong communicator with executive presence.</p><p>Able to drive change through complex organizations.</p><p>Flexible to scale involvement between 20 and 40 hours per week.</p><p>Focused on improving profitability, scalability, and sustainable growth.</p>
