This role will work closely with investment, operations, compliance, investor relations, accounting, and data teams to turn complex business processes into scalable technology solutions. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop applications that automate workflows across investment management, compliance, operations, accounting, and investor relations.</li><li>Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and modern development frameworks.</li><li>Develop and support AI-enabled applications, agent workflows, document processing, and intelligent automation solutions.</li><li>Configure and enhance Salesforce, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, security, integrations, and light custom development.</li><li>Build integrations between Salesforce, internal applications, data platforms, and third-party systems using APIs, ETL, messaging, and automation.</li><li>Develop data and document processing workflows that extract, validate, transform, and load information into enterprise systems.</li><li>Partner directly with investment and business teams to translate domain expertise into repeatable, automated workflows.</li><li>Support reporting and analytics initiatives while maintaining data quality and consistency across connected systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot production applications and integrations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.</li><li>Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and process automation.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Work model: Hybrid, three days onsite per week</li><li>Quarterly travel may be required</li><li>Opportunity to join an organization with an established investment in AI and help build the next generation of internal AI capabilities</li><li>Direct collaboration with senior technology leadership and investment professionals</li></ul>
