The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable managing multiple ongoing matters efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Handle trust administration and probate cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required tasks.</p><p>• Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including Form 706, to support post-death trust administration.</p><p>• Monitor the progress of active cases, ensuring no matters are left stagnant and deadlines are met.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline case management and reduce stress for clients.</p><p>• Maintain meticulous records for all open cases, tracking updates and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.</p><p>• Ensure billable hour requirements are met, contributing to the firm's operational goals.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining a positive, organized workflow in a small office setting.</p><p>• Provide support in managing the firm’s trust and estate matters, which include approximately 200 active cases.</p><p>• Work closely with the principal and support staff to achieve firm objectives.</p>
