Responsibilities: • Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco routing and switching environments, to maintain stable and secure operations. • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VoIP and unified communications systems to ensure consistent voice service and collaboration performance. • Manage firewall technologies such as Palo Alto and Cisco ASA by applying security policies, reviewing traffic behavior, and resolving connectivity issues. • Support routing architecture by implementing and maintaining Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configurations across complex network environments. • Investigate network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and restore service quickly while documenting findings and corrective actions. • Partner with internal technical teams to plan network improvements, optimize system performance, and support infrastructure-related projects. • Maintain technical documentation for network designs, configuration standards, operational procedures, and troubleshooting records. • Evaluate network health through ongoing monitoring and recommend updates that improve reliability, scalability, and security.
