<p><strong>Data Center Technician (Field Analyst) (Evening Shift)</strong></p><p><strong>Locations:</strong> Ashburn, VA and/or Manassas, VA</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Tuesday–Saturday, <strong>5:00 PM – 1:00 AM</strong></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>This role supports day-to-day <strong>data center operations (DCO)</strong> and infrastructure projects across Ashburn and Manassas facilities. The ideal candidate has <strong>end-to-end data center experience</strong>, in a variety of functions, and is comfortable working hands-on while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The candidate must be able to work late hours and weekend shift, which will be defined and confirmed before the start of the contract to hire opportunity. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform cradle-to-grave infrastructure work: copper and fiber cabling (Cat5/6), rack & stack, testing, troubleshooting, and decommissioning</li><li>Support power events, capacity management, and new data center build-outs</li><li>Coordinate vendors, electrical contractors, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Create, track, and close infrastructure tickets and documentation</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>We are seeking a skilled Junior Salesforce Administrator to assist in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform while supporting data analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to enhance processes, enable users, and promote a data-driven culture. This role will also support system implementations, integrations, and user training.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain user permissions, workflows, automation, and overall platform integrity.</li><li>Support Salesforce implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver automation and reporting solutions.</li><li>Partner with the Continuous Improvement team on Salesforce enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and drive adoption of Salesforce tools and processes.</li><li>Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and provide organizational insights.</li></ul><p><br></p>
