The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Windows-based systems administration, a strong understanding of core infrastructure services, and a practical approach to reliability and continuous improvement.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily administration of Windows and Linux servers to ensure dependable performance, availability, and system health.<br>• Manage core identity and policy services, including Active Directory and Group Policy, while maintaining secure and consistent access controls.<br>• Support and maintain virtual infrastructure across platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V to meet operational and business needs.<br>• Provide technical support for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, helping maintain connectivity and functionality across hybrid systems.<br>• Contribute to cloud adoption efforts by assisting with hybrid deployments and migration-related infrastructure tasks.<br>• Monitor server performance, patch compliance, and overall platform reliability, taking action to resolve issues before they impact users.<br>• Handle complex troubleshooting for escalated server and infrastructure incidents, identifying root causes and restoring service efficiently.<br>• Strengthen operational resilience by improving automation, backup procedures, and disaster recovery readiness.<br>• Keep technical documentation current and establish configuration standards that promote consistency, security, and scalability.
