Policy Analyst
<p>We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven <strong>Policy Analyst</strong> to join a growing public policy team. This role is ideal for professionals with <strong>2–3 years of experience</strong> who are interested in tracking global regulatory and legislative developments and providing strategic policy insights that support business decision-making.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor, track, and analyze political, regulatory, and legislative developments across multiple global jurisdictions.</li><li>Conduct research and produce clear, actionable policy analysis, highlighting potential business impacts.</li><li>Prepare briefings, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure policy insights align with business objectives and priorities.</li><li>Support the enhancement of policy monitoring processes, workflows, and analytical tools.</li><li>Stay current on global policy trends, emerging regulations, and legislative activity.</li><li>Assist with transparency reporting initiatives to ensure accuracy and alignment with applicable frameworks and reporting requirements.</li><li>Utilize AI-enabled tools and research platforms to identify, monitor, and synthesize policy and regulatory developments.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Government, Law, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>2–3 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, regulatory analysis, consulting, research, or a related discipline.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex policy, regulatory, and legal information.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating reports, briefs, or policy summaries.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in global political, legislative, and regulatory issues.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience using policy monitoring tools, research databases, or legislative tracking platforms is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyze source materials, reporting requirements, and policy documents to produce accurate, well-supported insights.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience working with regulatory intelligence, public affairs, or policy research initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered research and monitoring tools.</li><li>Ability to translate complex policy developments into practical business recommendations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
