The role will involve handling numerous accounting duties, including the preparation of financial reports and statements, internal auditing, and reconciliation tasks. This position is part of the finance industry and plays a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring all accounting operations align with our established policies and regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare financial statements and reports, including the Schedule of Investments and the Management Discussion of Fund Performance.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of workpapers for Semi-Annual & Annual Fund Audits.</p><p>• Carry out daily reconciliation of fund income and expense allocation.</p><p>• Conduct internal auditing procedures and reconciliations on a monthly basis.</p><p>• Act as the primary backup for the Reporting Specialist position.</p><p>• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records.</p><p>• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.</p><p>• Utilize skills in General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, Mutual Funds, Account Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations to perform duties effectively.</p><p>• Handle other tasks as assigned, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as a team member.</p>
