This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to and grow within a dynamic organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process a large volume of invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely payments across multiple entities.</p><p>• Manage vendor relationships, including setting up new vendors and addressing inquiries.</p><p>• Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including general ledger postings and payment processing.</p><p>• Execute weekly payment runs through various methods such as wires, foreign exchange, credit cards, and checks.</p><p>• Handle 1099 preparation and compliance requirements effectively.</p><p>• Perform currency exchange transactions as part of payment processing.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members on job sharing and cross-training initiatives.</p><p>• Utilize internal invoicing systems to manage invoice queues and maintain accurate records.</p><p>• Support system upgrades and transitions, including software conversions when necessary.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activities.</p>
