This role will drive cross-functional programs focused on customer-facing application platforms, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives from planning through deployment.The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of software development environments, enabling them to anticipate risks, facilitate technical discussions, and drive successful outcomes across multiple teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead one or more complex enterprise technology programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain program strategies, project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.</li><li>Coordinate software release activities and support deployment planning across multiple teams.</li><li>Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery.</li><li>Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to scope, schedule, resources, and priorities as needed.</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning and cross-functional planning activities.</li><li>Provide executive-level status reporting, leadership updates, and program communications.</li><li>Support complex technical initiatives involving APIs, system integrations, software troubleshooting, and platform dependencies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external partner teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.</li><li>Drive accountability, encourage solution-focused discussions, and help teams achieve measurable outcomes.</li></ul>
