The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable assisting with a range of accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide day-to-day support for both accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to help keep routine transactions current and accurate.</p><p>• Help establish and maintain credit-related records, including tracking insurance coverage levels and monitoring account documentation.</p><p>• Contribute to the preparation of monthly tax filings, including sales tax and excise tax reporting.</p><p>• Assist with recording accounting entries and supporting schedules tied to the month-end close process.</p><p>• Prepare financial summaries, recurring reports, and analysis requested by finance leadership.</p><p>• Participate in team meetings and share updates on assigned work as needed.</p><p>• Complete special assignments and ad hoc reporting projects to support departmental priorities.</p>
