This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can strengthen and refine deployment practices in a complex, code-driven environment while balancing speed, stability, and security. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can improve release processes, support scalable delivery, and apply strong judgment when working with sensitive legal data.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the review, redesign, and optimization of existing DevOps workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and release quality.<br>• Manage deployment activities for a growing greenfield environment, including planning and executing rollback strategies as user adoption expands.<br>• Oversee release coordination and delivery practices to ensure controlled, consistent movement of code across environments.<br>• Administer and enhance DevOps operations within a Copado governance framework focused on legal business systems.<br>• Partner with development teams to support code-intensive builds and align DevOps practices with application delivery needs.<br>• Contribute expertise in MuleSoft-related development environments to support integration-aware deployment and release planning.<br>• Apply strong security principles to protect sensitive legal information throughout build, deployment, and release processes.<br>• Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado to strengthen automation, governance, and deployment execution.
