The role involves performing a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Perform month-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</p><p>• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries, verifying supporting documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Controller to support cost accounting initiatives and learn new processes.</p><p>• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounting activities.</p><p>• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.</p>
