The position focuses on both manual and automated testing while helping ensure requirements are testable, releases are stable, and defect resolution stays on track.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and manage detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.<br>• Perform manual testing across multiple sprint deliverables while maintaining clear visibility into progress, risks, and priorities.<br>• Run and support automated test coverage using Selenium and related QA tools to improve consistency and efficiency.<br>• Document defects with precise reproduction steps, supporting evidence, impact details, and environment information so issues can be resolved quickly.<br>• Re-test resolved issues and complete regression validation to confirm changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.<br>• Take an active role in Agile ceremonies by contributing testing insight during daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives.<br>• Partner with business analysts and developers to review requirements early, identify gaps in testability, and reduce downstream rework.<br>• Assist with release readiness activities, including pre-deployment coordination and post-release smoke testing.<br>• Support client-facing testing efforts by guiding users through validation activities, helping triage reported issues, and coordinating next steps for resolution.<br>• Contribute ideas that strengthen QA practices, improve team standards, and enhance overall product quality.
