In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts to drive business performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, monitoring key financial metrics and balance sheet activity.</p><p>• Support the annual budgeting process, including gathering and analyzing financial data, validating assumptions, and communicating insights to leadership.</p><p>• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and providing recommendations.</p><p>• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, profitability, and operational trends.</p><p>• Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages and financial presentations for leadership and operational teams.</p><p>• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, budgeting workflows, and financial analysis capabilities.</p><p>• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, accounting, and finance to support business initiatives.</p><p>• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a permanent position.
