<p><strong>Tax Return Types</strong></p><p>The individual will primarily be responsible for preparing:</p><ul><li>Individual (1040) returns</li><li>Partnership returns (1065)</li><li>S-Corporation returns (1120S)</li><li>C-Corporation returns (1120)</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> This role is focused on tax preparation rather than review. Final review and approval will be completed by Antonia and Zita.</p><p><strong>Workload</strong></p><ul><li>Approximately 100-200 returns at a time.</li><li>Roughly 50% of individual returns remain to be completed for the current season.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review and validate data imported through AutoFlow before preparing returns.</li><li>Ensure tax information is accurate and complete prior to submission for review.</li><li>Assist with: </li><li>Schedule C filings</li><li>Rental property reporting</li><li>Depreciation and capitalization analysis</li><li>Trust return data entry</li><li>Organize and prioritize workflow to maximize efficiency during tax season.</li></ul><p><br></p>

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing payroll in <strong>ADP Workforce Now</strong> and a strong understanding of payroll procedures, timekeeping, deductions, and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for a professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule</li><li>Manage payroll data entry, audits, and validation in <strong>ADP Workforce Now</strong></li><li>Review timekeeping records, wage calculations, garnishments, benefits deductions, bonuses, and adjustments</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations</li><li>Respond to employee payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain payroll records and support reporting requests</li><li>Assist with payroll reconciliations and month-end activities</li><li>Partner with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensure accurate employee and compensation data</li><li>Support special payroll projects and process improvements as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
