You’ll lead the research process from initial discovery through to usability testing, providing the actionable insights that allow our designers and product managers to build with confidence.</p><p><strong>6+ month contract / 40hrs a week / 2 days a week onsite in Midtown Atlanta</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><strong>Study Design:</strong> Lead the full research lifecycle, including selecting the right methodology (generative or evaluative) to answer complex product questions.</li><li><strong>Execution:</strong> Conduct user interviews, surveys, diary studies, card sorting, and moderated/unmoderated usability testing.</li><li><strong>Data Synthesis:</strong> Turn raw data into compelling narratives.
