We are looking for a REMOTE Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support skilled trades recruiting efforts. This is a Long-term Contract position with an initial 6-month assignment and the potential to continue based on business needs. In this fully remote role, you will help identify specialized talent, maintain organized candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process. The position is ideal for someone with deep experience sourcing skilled trades talent and strong hands-on knowledge of Avature. Responsibilities:• Identify and engage candidates with experience in skilled trades openings by leveraging Avature, online platforms, social channels, and industry-focused sourcing resources.• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring trade positions across priority markets, ensuring a steady flow of prospective candidates.• Conduct targeted research on employers, training programs, unions, and regional labor markets to uncover new sources of skilled trades talent.• Perform initial candidate outreach and screening activities while keeping individuals informed and creating a detail-oriented, responsive experience.• Use Avature on a daily basis to search for talent, categorize profiles, track activity, and maintain accurate candidate records.• Monitor pipeline performance by updating recruiting data, preserving data quality, and preparing basic sourcing and activity reports.• Partner with internal stakeholders to share market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.• Recommend and support new sourcing strategies such as trade school outreach, experienced talent programs, industry events, and job fair participation.
