Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other agile/project management systems; experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart). Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related ceremonies; Scrum Master certification is a plus. Proven success delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in dynamic, high-accountability environments.
