  • <p>We are looking for a detail-oriented PART TIME Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a contract position in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role serves as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and service providers, requiring sound judgment, strong organization, and a calm, service-focused approach. The ideal candidate can manage incoming questions, coordinate building access, and maintain an orderly flow of mail, packages, and visitor support throughout the day.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk and provide prompt, courteous assistance with a wide range of inquiries.</p><p>• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, including items intended for multiple tenants or other locations.</p><p>• Accept rent payments and other delivered items from tenants and ensure they are directed appropriately.</p><p>• Guide delivery personnel and visitors to the correct destination while helping maintain an efficient lobby experience.</p><p>• Coordinate access for maintenance providers and other vendors by contacting property management or on-site staff for support with entry and keys.</p><p>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, connecting visitors and callers with the appropriate team members.</p><p>• Respond effectively to sensitive or challenging front desk situations, using tact and composure when interacting with upset individuals.</p><p>• Share available community or property-related resources with tenants and keep informational materials organized and up to date.</p><p>• Maintain accurate front desk records and stay organized while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced commercial property environment.</p><p>• This role is 3 days on-site. </p>
