In this role, you will oversee various accounting operations, maintain financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and provide financial support for reporting and analysis.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Conduct Balance Sheet account reconciliations and account analysis while ensuring accuracy and efficiency<br>• Supervise accounting operations for international branches, including overseeing external preparers for foreign tax filings<br>• Maintain and manage financial records and master data, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures<br>• Prepare accurate entries to subledgers as required on a daily, monthly, and annual basis<br>• Assist in the improvement of process efficiency and performance by initiating and overseeing special projects<br>• Provide financial support for financial reporting and analysis, including system report testing and general ledger reconciliations<br>• Maintain process and procedure documentation for finance<br>• Ensure accurate and timely subperiod, monthly, and year-end close procedures<br>• Manage the timely completion of assigned year-end audit engagement schedules<br>• Oversee the reconciliation of physical inventory on a monthly basis and maintain daily treasury reports.
