The position goes well beyond traditional budgeting and reporting, with significant involvement in financial modeling, forecasting, capital management, valuation, strategic initiatives, and executive decision support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting forecasting, strategic planning, capital decisions, and business initiatives</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis</li><li>Analyze financial performance and translate complex results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership</li><li>Evaluate strategic opportunities, investments, transactions, reinsurance structures, and capital deployment decisions</li><li>Perform valuation, pricing, return, and sensitivity analyses</li><li>Partner closely with the CFO other senior leaders on key business initiatives</li><li>Prepare executive-level presentations and support interactions with external stakeholders</li><li>Lead complex analytical projects from concept through execution</li><li>Mentor junior finance professionals while remaining highly hands-on in the analysis</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field</li><li>10+ years of experience with within FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or from Big 4 or advisory firms with significant life insurance, annuity, or reinsurance experience.</li><li>Advanced financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and Excel skills</li><li>Ability to independently manage complex projects and communicate effectively with senior leadership</li><li>CFA, CPA, FSA, MBA, as well as experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or similar analytics platforms, are all considered strong pluses.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Consider It?</strong></p><ul><li>Direct exposure to the CFO and executive leadership</li><li>Highly strategic and analytical role with visibility into major business decisions</li><li>Competitive base pay, strong annual bonuses, equity and an 8% company contribution to 401k plan + Full medical, dental and vision. </li></ul><p>If you meet the minimum requirements and want to learn more about this opportunity, please email your resume to the email listed above.</p><p>All inquiries are confidential.
