<p>Our client in <strong>West Springfield, Massachusetts</strong> is seeking a <strong>Contract HR Recruiter</strong> to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts for caregiver and home health positions across Western Massachusetts, with a primary focus on the Springfield area.</p><p>This is an <strong>in-office role</strong> ideal for an organized, service-focused recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a high-volume hiring pipeline.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and home health staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates</li><li>Support a high-volume recruiting pipeline and assist with onboarding approximately 20-25 caregivers at a time</li><li>Conduct virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process</li><li>Use applicant tracking systems and onboarding platforms to monitor candidate progress and maintain recruiting activity</li><li>Complete new hire onboarding tasks, including I-9 processing, background checks, and credential verification</li><li>Provide a high level of candidate support, including troubleshooting issues during the digital onboarding process</li><li>Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices remain compliant with applicable state and federal employment regulations</li><li>Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and ongoing hiring needs</li><li>Contribute to process improvements related to recruiting workflows, automation, candidate experience, and implementation of new systems or AI chatbot tools</li><li>Participate in occasional travel to Leominster or Auburn, as well as up to 20% travel for job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
