<p>Our client in the Farmington, Connecticut area is seeking a <strong>Contract HR Recruiter</strong> to support hiring efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who has managed full-cycle hiring for hourly and skilled manufacturing positions and is comfortable working closely with HR leadership and plant-based hiring teams.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer extension, and onboarding coordination</li><li>Handle candidate flow through Workday and maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation</li><li>Support hiring for a variety of manufacturing and operational roles, including skilled machinery workers and plant personnel</li><li>Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to prioritize open positions and keep recruiting timelines on track</li><li>Greet and guide candidates through the onsite interview process</li><li>Participate in regular recruiting meetings and provide updates on hiring progress</li><li>Assist with recruiting efforts related to organizational growth and workforce changes</li></ul><p>Additional Details</p><ul><li>Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote</li><li>Contract assignment expected to last 3–6 months</li></ul><p><br></p>
