This role will oversee core accounting functions, guide financial reporting and consolidation, and provide insight that supports operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound business judgment, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining accurate and timely financial results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead day-to-day accounting oversight across general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and payroll-related financial activity for assigned entities.<br>• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, ensuring accurate results, consistent application of accounting standards, and timely completion of deliverables.<br>• Maintain accounting policies, internal procedures, and supporting documentation at a level that supports audit readiness across the organization.<br>• Manage multi-entity financial consolidation, including intercompany activity, eliminations, ownership considerations, and preparation of consolidated reporting materials.<br>• Prepare and review recurring financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profitability analyses for leadership and stakeholder review.<br>• Partner with operational and executive leaders to finalize annual operating and capital budgets, develop forecasts, and support long-range financial planning.<br>• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate acquisitions, investments, new business opportunities, and other strategic initiatives.<br>• Oversee cost accounting, labor allocations, shared service charges, and service-pricing methodologies to ensure accurate distribution of costs across entities.<br>• Support shareholder-related financial activities, including valuation inputs, distribution calculations, equity transactions, and tracking of related notes receivable.<br>• Monitor cash activity, bank reconciliations, and accounting system enhancements, including process improvements, implementations, and the use of emerging tools to improve reporting efficiency.

This position will shape the financial processes needed for a manufacturing environment by connecting operational activity with accurate, scalable accounting practices.
