We are looking for an eLearning Writer to support a freelance assignment. In this role, you will create high-quality educational materials for Medical Affairs audiences by translating complex subject matter into practical, engaging learning content. The position focuses on developing standards and guidance resources that combine instructional design principles, medical writing expertise, and implementation-ready tools for immediate use. This Contract opportunity is expected to run for approximately 8-10 weeks. Responsibilities:• Develop up to four Standards & Guidance deliverables for key Medical Affairs topics, shaping each into a clear, structured learning resource.• Build presentation-based content of approximately 40-60 slides per document, ensuring the material is organized for both education and practical application.• Translate medical, regulatory, and industry information into concise guidance that supports adult learners and business stakeholders.• Incorporate learning objectives, core concepts, real-world examples, and actionable recommendations into each deliverable.• Create supporting assets such as templates, worksheets, checklists, frameworks, infographics, and other implementation tools where appropriate.• Add speaker notes, citations, and source references to strengthen usability, credibility, and future facilitation needs.• Address legal, compliance, governmental, regional, and global considerations relevant to each subject area when applicable.• Partner with stakeholders to curate and refine standards, best practices, and content inputs into cohesive educational materials.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to guide the design, enhancement, and support of warehouse management solutions. This role partners closely with operations, technology teams, and external partners to turn business goals into reliable system capabilities that improve warehouse performance. The ideal candidate brings deep Manhattan WMS expertise, strong technical leadership, and a practical understanding of supply chain processes in a production environment. Responsibilities:• Lead the architecture, configuration, and ongoing support of Manhattan WMS solutions across core warehouse functions.• Translate operational needs into business, functional, and technical documentation that supports development and delivery efforts.• Work closely with warehouse stakeholders to define system changes that align application capabilities with day-to-day business processes.• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between WMS, transportation platforms, enterprise applications, and related downstream systems.• Create and enhance reports, queries, and data outputs to address reporting needs and support business decision-making.• Investigate production issues, coordinate resolution activities across teams, and participate in rotating on-call support for continuous operations.• Support application upgrades, implementations, and testing activities, including validation planning and execution.• Collaborate with project managers, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, define schedules, and deliver solutions.• Mentor entry-level team members, share system knowledge, and provide training on new features, enhancements, and software updates.• Review development practices and recommend improvements that strengthen software quality, efficiency, and long-term supportability.
