<p>🚨 <strong>PROJECT CONTROLLER | HIGH-GROWTH GENERAL CONTRACTOR</strong></p><p>A rapidly growing <strong>General Contractor</strong> is looking for a <strong>Project Controller</strong> to lead a team of <strong>6–8 Project Accountants</strong> and play a key role in a high-volume, rapidly expanding project environment.</p><p><strong>This is a growth-driven opening:</strong> the current Project Controller was recently <strong>promoted within the organization to a net new position do to growth</strong>, creating an opportunity for someone new to step into this leadership role and join a strong, growing Finance & Accounting team.</p><p>If you're a <strong>Project Controller, Project Accounting Manager</strong> with strong construction experience and a background managing high-volume WIP/project accounting, this could be a great opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p>As always, this is a permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried position (this is NOT a temp role or temp to perm).</p><p> </p><p>They are located in midtown and are in the office 5 days.</p><p> </p><p>Compensation Package based on experience:</p><p>Base: $175- $220k base + discretionary bonus </p><p><br></p><p>🔨 The Role</p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of <strong>6–8 Project Accountants</strong></li><li>Oversee project accounting and <strong>WIP</strong> across a significant project portfolio</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of project financial reporting</li><li>Provide guidance and oversight on high-volume vendor and project activity</li><li>Partner closely with project management, subcontractors, and internal Finance & Accounting teams</li><li>Help develop processes and improve the overall Project Accounting function</li><li>Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly</li><li>Serve as a key resource for the Project Accounting team and broader organization</li></ul><p><br></p>
