<p>Overview</p><p>The Payroll and Benefits Manager oversees all aspects of payroll administration and benefits management within the organization. This role is responsible for designing effective payroll and benefits systems, maintaining rigorous data management, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
