- <p>We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Redmond, Washington. This role requires a skilled financial leader capable of managing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, team leadership, and business analytics.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and supervise the activities and personnel of the Accounting Team to ensure efficient operations.</p><p>• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and manage external audit processes.</p><p>• Perform and monitor monthly accounting close procedures and maintain the general ledger.</p><p>• Develop and execute business analytics to support evolving corporate initiatives.</p><p>• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis with accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with external auditors by providing necessary documentation for annual audits.</p><p>• Coordinate with tax firms to prepare annual tax packages and oversee state tax filings and payments.</p><p>• Support financial schedules and assist in ensuring all tax-related mailings and payments are completed efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>the salary range for this position is $145,000 to $185,000.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>M/D/V</p><p>Life insurance</p><p>STD/LTD</p><p>401k with 3% match</p><p>160 hours PTO</p><p>8 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday earned in January</p><p>Paid week off between Christmas and New Years</p>

- We are partnering with a large, complex logistics organization seeking an experienced Controller-level consultant to provide interim support for several months. This engagement is especially well-suited for a hands-on accounting detail oriented who has extensive experience with consolidations. The organization operates across a large, multi-entity structure (20+ entities), including domestic and international operations. This role is hybrid (1-2 days/week onsite) in Seattle. <br> Key Responsibilities Oversee general ledger accounting activities, including month-end close processes Review and analyze balance sheet and income statement activity to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare and post journal entries, including consolidation and intercompany entries Manage accounting for a complex entity structure, including distributions and contributions flowing throughout the organization Support consolidations across 20+ legal entities, ensuring consistency and alignment across domestic and international operations Collaborate with international accounting teams to reconcile activity and ensure financial reporting matches across regions Provide post–ERP go-live support, including system cleanup, process refinement, and analytical review Assist with improving controls, documentation, and workflows in a newly implemented ERP environment Serve as a trusted accounting leader and problem-solver during a period of transition Ideal Background Controller or Senior Accounting Leader with strong hands-on GL and close experience Proven experience working in multi-entity and consolidation-heavy environments Prior involvement in ERP implementations or post–go-live stabilization strongly preferred (IFS experience a plus) Comfortable working across international entities and time zones Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable—able to step in quickly and add value
