  • We are looking for a skilled Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. This position focuses on managing leave administration and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with Washington State regulations. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to navigate fast-paced environments with attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer employee leave programs, including compliance with Washington State leave policies.<br>• Manage workers’ compensation claims and ensure regulatory adherence.<br>• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUPs, subtotals, and pivot tables, to analyze and manage benefits data.<br>• Coordinate and oversee various employee benefit programs, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits.<br>• Monitor and manage level funding processes to support organizational needs.<br>• Collaborate with teams to ensure technological solutions align with benefits administration requirements.<br>• Maintain detailed records and meet strict deadlines for reporting and compliance.<br>• Apply knowledge of OSHA guidelines and best practices in benefits management.<br>• Offer support in Spanish, if applicable, to enhance communication and accessibility for employees.
