  • We are looking for a skilled Employment Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with substantial experience in employment law, particularly in providing advice, counseling, and litigation support. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Labor and Employment Law Group while also collaborating with other practice areas as needed.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive legal advice and counseling on employment law matters, including terminations, leaves of absence, investigations, and wage practices.<br>• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including defense-side cases and wage and hour disputes.<br>• Draft, review, and update employment policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.<br>• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.<br>• Manage multiple legal projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines effectively.<br>• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions to complex employment law issues.<br>• Participate in depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings as required.<br>• Support pro-bono initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the firm&#39;s guidelines.<br>• Work closely with other practice groups to address cross-disciplinary legal matters.<br>• Maintain a minimum of 1800 billable hours annually, with eligible pro-bono and DEI work counting toward this target.
