  • <p>We’re looking for a contract Marketing Program Manager to support execution of SELF (Software Engineering Leadership Forum), Our invite-only executive community for CTOs, CIOs, and senior engineering leaders across both prospect and customer accounts.</p><p>This person will be responsible for helping bring SELF to life through strong project management, activation coordination, and day-to-day program operations. The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at turning a clear vision into a well-run program.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><p>·                 Own the day-to-day program management and execution of SELF across timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies</p><p>·                 Build and maintain detailed project plans, workback schedules, trackers, and status updates to keep the program on time and stakeholders aligned</p><p>·                 Coordinate deliverables, including the landing page or microsite, documentation, nominations and applications flow, enablement materials, and launch-readiness needs</p><p>·                 Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to support campaign setup, lead routing, dashboards, reporting, and program measurement</p><p>·                 Manage the logistics and coordination behind member recruitment, including support for nominations, applications, referrals, executive dinners, and follow-up motions</p><p>·                 Support execution of the core SELF experience, including virtual salons, insight briefs, executive events, and the future online community space</p><p>·                 Coordinate across Field Marketing, PMM/Content, Brand/Design, Field CTOs/SAs, and Sales to keep workstreams moving and owners accountable</p><p>·                 Track risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps, and proactively drive follow-through in a lean, fast-moving environment</p><p>·                 Help ensure the program experience feels polished, organized, and high-value for both internal stakeholders and external members</p><p><br></p>
