A San Francisco-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to provide additional support on an active trade secrets matter as the case moves toward trial. The attorney will join the litigation team during a busy stage of the matter and take on substantive assignments across motion practice, legal research and writing, mediation preparation, and trial preparation, with continued support through trial.This fully remote, contract opportunity requires an experienced California-licensed litigator who can quickly get up to speed on an existing case, produce strong written work, and independently move assignments forward with limited ramp-up.
