This IT Support Analyst is on onsite role out of Pleasanton. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver first- and second-level technical support for end users, resolving incidents through desk-side assistance as well as remote troubleshooting.</p><p>• Set up, deploy, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, and related equipment for office and workstation use.</p><p>• Administer and support Windows 10 devices and provide limited assistance for iOS-based hardware.</p><p>• Troubleshoot hardware issues, software errors, and connectivity problems to restore user productivity quickly.</p><p>• Support core business applications and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint protection and backup tools across desktop and laptop environments.</p><p>• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as account setup, password resets, and basic user access support while helping monitor and triage incoming tickets.</p><p>• Configure new user devices and peripherals, including computers, printers, and remote access tools such as Citrix and related solutions.</p><p>• Track and update inventory records for IT assets as equipment is received, assigned, relocated, or replaced within the office.</p><p>• Provide end-user instruction on software usage, security awareness, and effective computing practices while following organizational safety and security standards.</p>
