This is a great opportunity for a compassionate, service-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with clients and helping individuals access important community resources.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will work directly with clients to provide support throughout the enrollment and application process. This role involves assisting clients with applications, answering questions, conducting follow-up, and helping ensure information is collected and documented accurately in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, comfortable connecting with people, and able to maintain accuracy and composure while assisting clients with a variety of needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, full-time; 8 hour assigned shifts fall between <strong>7:00 AM and 6:30 PM</strong>.</p><p><strong>Hybrid Schedule:</strong> After the first 6 months, the role transitions to a <strong>hybrid schedule of 3 days remote and 2 days onsite</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist clients with the application and enrollment process for available programs</li><li>Conduct follow-up with applicants and clients as needed</li><li>Provide guidance and support to individuals applying for or reapplying for benefits</li><li>Schedule and assist with client appointments</li><li>Gather and accurately document client information</li><li>Help clients understand application requirements and complete necessary forms</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality</li><li>Communicate with clients in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner</li><li>Assist with follow-up activities and special projects as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
