This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working around prototype equipment, assisting with product evaluation, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows. The role combines device oversight, sample collection, refurbishment support, and food-based test preparation. We are hiring two professionals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the operation of prototype equipment, ensuring devices run as expected and remain under close observation throughout testing activities.</p><p>• Load and remove materials or units from equipment as needed to keep testing and operational work moving efficiently.</p><p>• Track screen alerts and equipment behavior, respond promptly to unusual conditions, and initiate shutdown actions when required for safety or quality purposes.</p><p>• Collect samples, then measure and document results using standard lab instruments and established procedures.</p><p>• Assist with evaluation work on supporting test fixtures and component-level setups used to verify equipment performance.</p><p>• Provide support for refurbishment operations by unpacking returned units, reviewing their condition, and separating them into appropriate disposition categories such as repair or scrap.</p><p>• Move and stack incoming or processed units, including handling heavier items and using pallet jacks as part of daily material flow.</p><p><br></p>

This IT Support Analyst contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on desktop support with responsive service desk assistance across both remote and onsite environments. In this IT Support Analyst role, you will help maintain end-user systems, resolve incidents efficiently, and provide guidance on workplace technology and security best practices. This IT Support Analyst is on onsite role out of Pleasanton. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver first- and second-level technical support for end users, resolving incidents through desk-side assistance as well as remote troubleshooting.</p><p>• Set up, deploy, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, and related equipment for office and workstation use.</p><p>• Administer and support Windows 10 devices and provide limited assistance for iOS-based hardware.</p><p>• Troubleshoot hardware issues, software errors, and connectivity problems to restore user productivity quickly.</p><p>• Support core business applications and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint protection and backup tools across desktop and laptop environments.</p><p>• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as account setup, password resets, and basic user access support while helping monitor and triage incoming tickets.</p><p>• Configure new user devices and peripherals, including computers, printers, and remote access tools such as Citrix and related solutions.</p><p>• Track and update inventory records for IT assets as equipment is received, assigned, relocated, or replaced within the office.</p><p>• Provide end-user instruction on software usage, security awareness, and effective computing practices while following organizational safety and security standards.</p>
