This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys building systems, improving operations, developing people, and driving results. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-site operations, coaching and holding property managers accountable, conducting property inspections, improving processes and procedures, monitoring budgets and financial performance, overseeing maintenance and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with California landlord-tenant and fair housing regulations. Experience managing multiple residential properties, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with property management software are essential.
