In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting for a growing real estate and property management organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting practices and a strong attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and deliver monthly and weekly financial reports to the controller, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Generate and analyze financial statements, providing insights into the company's performance.<br>• Perform account reconciliations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and trial balances.<br>• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with established timelines and procedures.<br>• Record and review journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.<br>• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Utilize accounting software such as Yardi and Sage 300 to streamline financial operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the accounting department.<br>• Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency in financial reporting.
