Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide financial data as required Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve or implement ERP systems and automation tools. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and training to entry level accountants or staff as needed. Act as a point of contact between the accounting team and upper levels of management.
