- <p>This CFO role serves as the senior financial leader responsible for driving the company’s overall financial strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital management, and commodity risk management, with a particular focus on gold and silver hedging. The position partners closely with the CEO and executive team to improve profitability, cash flow, and long-term growth while overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, financing arrangements, and lender relationships.
