This Long-term Contract position focuses on improving device management, automation, virtual desktop performance, and end-user computing services across a modern Microsoft environment. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can strengthen operational efficiency, enhance security alignment, and partner with technical teams to deliver reliable workplace technology solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build, administer, and enhance enterprise endpoint platforms across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 environments.<br>• Establish and refine device standards, system images, configuration controls, and lifecycle practices to improve consistency across endpoint operations.<br>• Drive projects centered on endpoint transformation, Windows version advancement, virtual desktop tuning, and hardware standardization initiatives.<br>• Create and maintain automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools to simplify endpoint administration and reduce repetitive manual effort.<br>• Implement automated workflows for software distribution, patch management, device provisioning, employee onboarding and offboarding, and recurring support activities.<br>• Coordinate with ServiceNow stakeholders, IT leadership, security, and infrastructure teams to improve process automation, endpoint compliance, and overall platform resilience.<br>• Investigate and resolve complex issues tied to server and cloud dependencies, including authentication, file access, print services, remote connectivity, and application integration.<br>• Produce clear technical documentation covering architecture dependencies, support procedures, and escalation paths to improve knowledge sharing and reduce recurring incidents.<br>• Provide advanced escalation support for challenging endpoint, operating system, application, and virtual desktop problems while guiding entry-level team members and working with vendors or managed service providers.

- <p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Process Safety Manager Consultant</strong> to lead site-wide process safety programs and drive a strong culture of health, safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. This individual will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, managing complex process safety projects, and providing technical leadership across operations and manufacturing. This role is fully onsite in Princeton, NJ. This is a consulting opportunity with potential to be converted to a permanent position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and maintain the site’s HSE Process Safety Management System to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Drive a culture of process safety excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the site. </li><li>Conduct and lead formal risk assessments, including HAZOP, PHA, LOPA, chemical risk assessments, and hazard area classifications. </li><li>Evaluate safety and environmental risks related to new process introductions, equipment, facilities, and modifications to existing processes. </li><li>Identify and assess major accident scenarios in line with COMAH regulations and company standards. </li><li>Support compliance monitoring, internal audits, investigations, reporting, and corrective action follow-up related to HSE process safety. </li><li>Provide technical HSE expertise to manufacturing and operational teams to improve site safety and environmental performance. </li></ul><p><br></p>
