- <p>We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will help maintain reliable financial records, contribute to the close process, and support accurate reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, a careful eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively across routine operations and deadline-driven reporting cycles.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Record monthly journal entries, accruals, and other adjusting transactions to keep the general ledger accurate and up to date.</p><p>• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies promptly.</p><p>• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities by preparing schedules and assisting with timely completion of required tasks.</p><p>• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and related reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow summaries.</p><p>• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice review, payment tracking, and responses to vendor or customer questions.</p><p>• Provide documentation and account support for internal and external audit requests while helping maintain compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Partner with department leaders on budget-to-actual reporting, variance review, and special financial analyses as needed.</p><p>• Help monitor tax-related accounting activities, including support for corporate tax and sales tax reporting requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><ul><li>Medical/dental/vision</li><li>401K</li></ul>
