The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in general accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities</li><li>Assist with preparation of financial statements and internal reports</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed</li><li>Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation</li><li>Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters</li></ul>
