The position is onsite and offers part-time hours, making it a strong fit for a results-oriented team member who can balance relationship-building with consistent follow-through. Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective students from warm lead sources and guide them through the enrollment process with clear, persuasive communication. • Promote the school’s academic programs and value proposition in a way that encourages interest, trust, and next-step action. • Work through a high-volume pipeline of existing and newly generated leads to reduce backlog and improve response times. • Conduct outreach activities designed to increase enrollment conversions while maintaining a supportive and student-focused experience. • Track candidate and lead interactions accurately within the applicant tracking or recruitment system used by the organization. • Partner with internal team members onsite to align outreach efforts with enrollment goals and daily priorities. • Maintain organized follow-up practices to ensure no promising lead is overlooked during the recruitment cycle. • Contribute to the growth of the recruiting function by supporting ongoing recruitment and enrollment objectives in a developing team structure.
