The SFA consultant will develop a comprehensive HR scorecard dashboard using data exported from the client's HRIS and related systems. The consultant will build executive reporting, automate dashboard updates where possible, document processes, and train a designated internal employee to assume ongoing ownership and maintenance of the reporting environment upon project completion.
