Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill a VP Finance role for a green energy company with operations in the Western United States. The Vice President, Finance will lead corporate accounting, corporate FP&A, reporting, and treasury management and serve as a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership. This includes providing insights to drive company strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence across a multi-site organization.<br>This leader will also manage audits, lender relationships, ensure compliance with debt covenants, and evaluate major investments, capital projects, and potential acquisitions alongside project development finance professionals and the CFO.<br>This role is probably 50% accounting and 50% finance. The role will manage liquidity and compliance, and handle almost all of the reporting. There is a staff of 3 that will report into this role. This role is based in Reno, and is an in office role.<br><br>Ideal candidates bring:<br>• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A.<br>• Strong leadership background with experience supporting multi site or operationally complex organizations.
