This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex storage issues, optimizing performance, and partnering with server, virtualization, and network teams to keep critical systems running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Level 3 support for enterprise SAN and storage environments</li><li>Troubleshoot storage outages, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues</li><li>Manage Dell EMC PowerMax, Unity, and Data Domain platforms</li><li>Perform storage provisioning, LUN masking, zoning, replication, snapshots, and migrations</li><li>Support VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter integrations</li><li>Monitor capacity, utilization, and storage health while identifying optimization opportunities</li><li>Partner with infrastructure, server, network, and application teams to resolve incidents</li><li>Participate in upgrades, patching, change management, and disaster recovery initiatives</li><li>Support backup and recovery operations and ensure business continuity readiness</li><li>Maintain storage documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks</li><li>Participate in on-call support and critical incident response activities</li></ul><p><br></p>
