This long-term contract position is based near Montclair, New Jersey, and offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams to support employee well-being and benefits needs. The role will also involve utilizing Workday for benefits management and maintaining accurate records.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.</p><p>• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, modifications, and terminations promptly and accurately.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies related to benefits and leave administration.</p><p>• Maintain and update employee benefits records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.</p><p>• Process and track Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests, including eligibility determination and leave usage monitoring.</p><p>• Communicate with employees and managers to provide guidance on leave policies, rights, and responsibilities.</p><p>• Collaborate with third-party administrators and healthcare providers to address benefits and leave-related inquiries.</p><p>• Utilize Workday to manage benefits transactions, life event changes, and employee data updates.</p><p>• Audit and reconcile benefits information within Workday to maintain data accuracy and integrity.</p><p>• Generate reports and analyze trends related to benefits enrollment and utilization.</p>
