Prepare and review quarterly tax entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP.</p><p>• Prepare and review GAAP and non-GAAP tax disclosures and supporting documents for SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.</p><p>• Partner with external auditors to provide documentation and respond to inquiries during their quarterly and annual reviews. Work proactively during quarters to early issue identify and move work out of close cycles.</p><p>• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts who identify and document uncertain tax positions.
