This role partners with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, reporting, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage tax compliance processes, including fund tax returns, K-1 reporting, tax projections, and regulatory filings.</li><li>Partner with external advisors and internal teams on tax planning, structuring, audits, and investor tax inquiries.</li><li>Prepare and review tax-related analyses, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Maintain tax databases and reporting tools while supporting process improvements and technology initiatives.</li></ul>
